Kevin De Bruyne hailed as a ‘class act’ by Ryan Christie after Belgium masterclass

Ryan Christie has confessed that he aspires to be just like”class act” Kevin De Bruyne after the Belgium midfielder dominated the 4-0 win over Scotland.
The Manchester City celebrity set up first-half goals for Thomas Vermaelen Romelu Lukaku and Toby Alderweireld since the visitors ruthlessly punished mistakes by the aspect in their Qualifier of Steve Clarke in Hampden on Monday night.
The curled at a fourth with consummate ease in the 82nd minute to round off the scoring and the attacking midfielder of Celtic Christie has been impressed after struggling term with De Bruyne, who has started his domestic season in fine style.
“He is a class action,” Christie said. “All these are the type of players that I aspire to. He’s in a similar position to me. The places how he along with he picks up disturbs teams and his finishing .
“The ball for their second goal was terrifying and his finish to the fourth is fairly impressive as well.
“It’s very fantastic for me. I would like to test myself against the best teams in the world so it’s a learning experience for me so hopefully I understand from it and move on.”
After losing 2-1 at home night, the conquer has been Scotland out of six in Group I which leaves them in fifth place and with no stage.
The side of clarke have San Marino at home each month and four matches remaining, Russia away, until Cyprus away and Kazakhstan in Hampden in November. Christie insists he is still confident of Scotland qualifying for a major championship for the first time since 1998.
He said:”Going into it (the campaign) we had the play-offs as a fall-back, we did not want to need to work with it but it looks like we’re going to get to if we’re going to make it there.
“Clearly they were two very unsatisfactory results but even after that, we still feel like a group. We’ve taken more of the manager’s thoughts . I know that it seems daft getting defeat 4-0 at home but I think there are.
“It’s the little things that price you in this level in soccer, especially against a team like Belgium. They felt in their very first counter-attack. It is so hard to nullify and the caliber they have once they go is exceptional.
“That’s the amount we are trying to get to. We have four games left in the team to finish as large as we could and take that into the play-off.”
